Here are some “sustainability” initiatives Ca’ Momi currently has in place:
- 95% of the produce we use is organic, with most of it coming from the Ca’ Momi gardens
- ingredients are sourced locally or imported from Italy
- all packaging used is 100% compostable
- our linen service uses biodegradable cleaning products
- our recycling and composting efforts are meticulous
- we filter our drinking water
- all food scraps are sent to the Food Composting Program
- we recycle paper and cardboard waste
- we only use non-toxic biodegradable cleaning products
- all menus are printed on recycled paper
